Each brownie contains around 340 calories, 31 grams of carbohydrates, 18 grams of fat and 19 grams of protein. The brownies are easy to make the recipe will give you six delicious, healthy brownies to gobble up when that sweet tooth starts nagging you.

Ingredients:

  • 11 grams of dark chocolate
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 5 scoops of chocolate protein powder
  • 2 ounces of melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions:

The first step in making these brownies is to microwave or bake the sweet potatoes until they are cooked. Once the potatoes are done, you can easily peel the skin off and mash them. Once the potatoes are done, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. After this step, you will need to melt half of the dark chocolate with the coconut oil. Chop up the chocolate into small pieces so it will melt quickly and thoroughly. After melting the chocolate, combine the sweet potatoes, chocolate and coconut oil mixture and eggs. A blender will be needed for the next step. In a blender, mix the protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon and the sweet potato mixture.

Thoroughly blend these ingredients making sure that there are no lumps. Take the mixture out of the blender and then break up the remaining half of the dark chocolate and mix it in. Put your batter into a baking dish, place it in the oven and let it cook for 20 minutes or until an inserted fork or knife comes out clean. After that, you are done and you can enjoy your healthy brownies.

Coconut Cookies

These cookies are guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth. They combine the taste of coconut and almonds and contain 170 calories per cookie. You will also get five grams of protein, 10 grams of carbs and 13 grams of fat per serving.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of melted coconut butter
  • 1 cup of almond butter
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup of honey

Directions:

Before mixing any of the ingredients together, you should preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating, combine the almond flour, shredded coconut and baking powder. To this mixture add the coconut butter, almond butter, vanilla, egg, and honey. Mix these ingredients together well. After the ingredients are mixed, use a spoon or your hand to form two inch balls of the cookie mixture. Place these balls on a baking sheet and slightly flatten them out. The cook time for these delicious cookies ranges from 12 to 15 minutes. You will know that they are finished when the edges are golden brown. Let the cookies cool for about 10 minutes and dig in.

Strawberry Proteinsicles

Popsicles are a delightful treat all year long. These protein-filled popsicles will not only delight your taste buds, but give you extra protein to help keep your muscles growing. Each popsicle contains 10 grams of protein, 90 calories, and 10 grams of carbohydrates.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

Directions:

For this recipe, you will need popsicle molds. After thoroughly cleaning the molds, you will need to take one-half cup of strawberries, slice them up and put them to the side. Then you will take the remainder of the ingredients and blend them together in a blender. Take the sliced strawberries and put a few at the bottom of the mold and then pour in the blended mixture.
