Introduction to TestX Core

If you are looking for a product that could help you overcome your body’s boundaries when it comes to building muscles, then you may want to consider t-boosters. T-boosters or testosterone boosters are supplements that are formulated to increase testosterone levels in the body. In doing so, your body becomes highly anabolic, and this is very crucial for building muscles. To give you a hint of just how powerful and beneficial testosterone can be when it comes to gaining muscles, you can check out some of the anabolic steroids in the market, and you will realise that some of them are made using synthetic testosterone. The good thing with using natural supplements is that you’ll be stimulating your body to create more of the hormone instead of supplementing it with synthetic testosterone which is harmful.

Another benefit of using natural t-boosters is that they’ll also boost your sex life. Yes, when your testosterone levels are high, your libido goes off the roof, and this should be enough to spice things up in your bedroom. Some of these supplements are also formulated with ingredients that will not just get your sexually excited, but they will also help you get a hard erection while solving the embarrassing mess that is premature ejaculation.

TestX Core is an example of a t-booster formulated with natural ingredients. Unfortunately, the supplements industry is notorious for making products pampered with lots of benefits but with zero results. In this review, we will be taking a more in-depth look at TestX Core to determine whether it is just another disappointing t-booster or one that you can actually rely on.

TestX Core Overview

TestX Core is a supplement that’s designed to boost your workouts by increasing testosterone levels. This product is targeted to all the guys who are looking for that extra cutting edge in their fitness lives. It’s also a decent solution to everyone who’s hit their plateau. Finally, TestX Core is supposed to be a lifesaver to everyone out there whose sex life is dwindling.

According to the manufacturer, TestX Core can help you gain up to 8kg of lean muscle mass within 8 weeks! That’s an outrageous claim. If indeed TestX Core can do that then it would be one of the best workout supplements in the market. Unfortunately, our research and analysis of user reviews gave us a somewhat disappointing result. That’s because a significant majority of users were complaining of the supplement not living up to the user’s expectations. Sounds familiar, right?

TestX Core Ingredients

The secret to any testosterone supplement lies with the list of ingredients. There is no way a supplement would be effective if it is based on weak ingredients. This means that you need to go through the list of all the ingredients used and you can do your own research to determine just how effective the supplement in question is.

Scrutinising the list of ingredients is also crucial because it will inform you of any ingredients used that could cause issues in future. This is especially vital for everyone allergic to some of the herbs commonly used in t-boosters.

The biggest disappointment we usually face here is something known as a proprietary blend. Under this blend, the manufacturer does not provide detailed information on everything that is contained in the supplement. Instead, they hide their products behind a blend. This means that there could be some ingredients present that you are not aware of. Also, you will never know how much of each ingredient is contained in the supplement.

With that in mind, here are some of the ingredients used in this particular supplement.

Saw Palmetto

Saw Palmetto is popularly known for its ability to prevent prostate enlargement. When it comes to matters testosterone, things are a bit complex. A few years ago, it was believed that Saw Palmetto could boost libido, but recent studies are showing otherwise. In a trial published by the Journal of the American Medical Association, scientists reported that there was no difference between the study group that was supplemented with saw palmetto and the placebo.

L-Arginine is a common ingredient in t-boosters. Healthyfully.com report that once L-Arginine is consumed, it gets converted into nitric oxide. NO is crucial when it comes to blood flow. It dilates the blood vessels thus allowing more blood to flow.

Enhanced blood flow will benefit you in various ways. One, the efficient flow of blood will keep your muscle tissues constantly supplied with oxygen and nutrients which is vital for muscle tissue growth, repair and recovery. Blood flow is also critical in getting erections.

Panax Ginseng

Panax Ginseng is another herb with a decent scientific background. According to the National Institute of Health, topical application of Panax Ginseng and several other herbs on the genitals can prevent premature ejaculation. The Maryland University Medical Center also reported that Panax Ginseng can boost libido.

More studies are still required to understand how beneficial Panax Ginseng really is to our sexual lives.

Fenugreek is also reported to have a positive influence on libido. One study published by the Phytotherapy Research reported that men who were given Fenugreek experienced higher sex drive than their counterparts.

Tongkat Ali

Tongkat Ali has been used as an aphrodisiac for years. It’s believed that it can increase the production of testosterone in the body which in turn, boosts one’s sex drive.

Zinc can promote bodybuilding in various ways. Some reports suggest that it stimulates protein synthesis which is crucial for muscle growth. It’s also believed that Zinc can encourage the production of testosterone which will benefit both the muscles and your sex life.

Magnesium is linked to a number of benefits such as promoting faster and smoother recovery. It helps in reducing soreness, cramps, muscle tension and fatigue. This makes it very useful for every athlete who wastes a lot of time on the sidelines for the sake of recovering.

Some of the other ingredients available here include Boron, Taurine, Tribulus, Astaxanthin, Vitamin B6 and Lycopene.

Looking at the list of ingredients found here, it was quite disappointing to see that some top ingredients for boosting testosterone levels are missing. This was even more frustrating because we saw a number of experimental and other “irrelevant” compounds included yet proven ones are missing.

We were glad that we could see the individual doses of the ingredients contained in TestX Core. Unfortunately, we were devastated to see how low the doses of some of these ingredients are. This was very heartbreaking because when the ingredients are insufficient, then there is no way that you will witness any of their benefits. Perhaps this explains why a good number of athletes are disappointed with this product.

Side Effects of TestX Core

As an all-natural supplement, TestX Core should not cause many complications in the form of adverse reactions. Many people have used this supplement for some time without reporting any severe side effects.

On the other hand, we came across some reports of users experiencing nausea, stomach upset, and some difficulty sleeping. Now, based on the low cases of such effects, we believe that it could be a case of one’s body reacting negatively to the supplement or might be due to an allergic reaction. It’s also possible that they were caused by taking the supplement in excess.

Anyone with a pre-existing condition or other medications should avoid taking TestX Core until they consult a physician.

Final Thoughts

We like several things about TestX Core. The all-natural supplement makes it very safe, and we were also delighted that the manufacturer didn’t hide the product behind a proprietary blend. Sadly, the supplement is rated so poorly, and there are good reasons for that.  Many people complained that it was just a waste of money because it didn’t work. This could be due to the exclusion of some beneficial and proven ingredients. It could also be as a result of using some helpful compounds which are then supplied in extremely low doses thus making them useless. We might not know why exactly TestX Core doesn’t work for a lot of people, but the disappointing fact is that it doesn’t work.

It’s always a good idea to go for a supplement with sufficient scientific backing where safety and the results are guaranteed. There’s really no need to gamble with your money and body.
